Each chasen is individually split from a single tube of seasoned bamboo that has been aged naturally for three seasons. With 100 delicately curved flexible prongs, it introduces micro-bubbles to whip ceremonial matcha into an airy, cloud-like crema that suspends the powder evenly in hot water.
